Responsibilities (what does this role do)
In support to the BUs
• Plan and effectively allocate resources to provide required support to Bus in collaboration with BU Heads
• Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables/support
• Coordinate with BUMs to review compliance/complement market segmentation approach, metrics, training and system requirements
• Provide relevant information for BU commercial strategy
• Ensure that SME strategies within the BU’s are aligned
• Identify best practice and facilitate best practice sharing (locally and regionally)
• Collaborate with regional SME projects and initiatives to share best practices and align efforts
• Responsible for all CRM related matters & SIP setup, monitor and actual results.
• Dat warehousing development 
• Run and follow up with marketing market research activities
• Closely follow up all congresses and events activities
Outputs (what does this role need to deliver)
• Documentation of best practices and standards
• Internal and external performance reports on sales force and Key Accounts
• Analysis and synthesis of market data
• Proper functionality of new CRM and data warehousing capabilities
• Sales force training

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge or the equivalent.
Minimum Requirements
• University Degree
• At least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- 2-4 years of experience in sales effectiveness business analysis , and/or market research, 
- Sales experience, integral knowledge of the pharmaceutical business in the country, 
- Knowledge of the buying process in the hospital market
• Demonstrated experience in all areas related to Sales Force support: CRM, Incentive Schemes, Sales Force Activity, Objective Setting, Territory Alignment, …
• Experience that proves thorough understanding of the Key Sales Drivers in the Hospital Pharmaceutical Market 
• Demonstrated experience in working in multinational companies and cross-functional environments
• Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
Preferred Requirements
• Advanced degree(s) in Business (MBA) or Science
• Experience in some areas of pharmaceutical sales and marketing 
• Experience in managing a team of Key Account Managers and/or Hospital Reps
• Track record of successfully establishing and maintaining business processes
• Record of success in participation on and in supporting teams
